Larry Culligan

VP of Operations

Larry has over 40 years’ experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations.  Most recently he worked for AITX (formerly ARI/ACF) for railcar leasing, repair, and shop support. 

Previously he worked for McDonnell Douglas, Union Tank Car, Thrall Car, TTX and Mervis Railcar in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, repair services and railcar leasing in various positions: Senior Engineer, QA Manager, Plant Manager, Chief Fleet Engineer, and Director of Operations. 

Originally from southern Ohio he has a BS in engineering from Ohio State, a MS in engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Lindenwood University.

He currently resides in Northern California with his wife and near their daughter and her husband and new granddaughter – Elizabeth.
